Oats are naturally Gluten-Free but often cross-contaminated in the field or during processing. Our Purity Protocol Gluten-Free Oatmeal is grown in designated fields that have been free of gluten-containing grains for years. The oats are harvested and processed in a designated Gluten-Free facility and packaged in our 100% Gluten-Free Bakery in South West Montana.
